Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

United Kingdom, Europe & Asia Pacific Shipping Times

  • For many orders (U.K., most of Europe), duties and taxes are pre-calculated at checkout — meaning no surprise charges upon arrival.
  • In some countries, local customs may assess import fees even when duties were prepaid; you may be responsible for those.
  • Orders shipped to Switzerland or Norway currently do not include duties at checkout; you may be charged them by local customs upon delivery.
